A small but beautiful garden in Barnsbury, Islington, was in need of a bit of TLC. The paving had been previously laid directly onto a bed of sharp sand and over time, rain has washed away some of the sand and made the ground uneven.

Nothing wrong with the stone, a good clean and then re-laid but this time, onto a bed of cement.

The stone circle on the top tier sets off the courtyard perfectly.
